Becca Neel is the Associate Director for Resource Management & User Experience at the University of Southern Indiana's David L. Rice Library, and previously served as the institution's Online Learning Librarian. She received her MLS from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Southern Indiana. Becca's research centers on issues of information literacy, ethics, access, and equity.
