The short film's director, Yaminah McKessey, reflects on the status of her own singlehood while probing the realities of interracial relationships as experienced by three black women who have decided to date, marry, and start families with white men. The film delves into the sometimes unexpected, sometimes funny, and sometimes painful reactions that African American women face from society, their friends, and even from their families when they decide to date white men.
