The study looks in detail at domestic consumption in houses, villages and enclosures, as well as addressing feasting, ceremonial deposition and the role of animals in the funerary sphere. Intra-site and inter-site spatial analysis of a portion of the data has also been one of the keys to gaining certain levels of understanding and interpretation of the societies in question. By examining the evidence at different spatial scales, from site to territorial level, a picture can be outlined of the probable social mechanisms at work. This approach highlights the changing complexity of practices involving people and animals. This book offers a contribution to the broad field of research into how people interact with their natural, cultural and social environments. 001429142 588__ $$aDescription based on publisher supplied metadata and other sources. 001429142 650_0 $$aAntiquities, Prehistoric. 001429142 650_0 $$aBronze age. 001429142 650_0 $$aExcavations (Archaeology). 001429142 655_0 $$aElectronic books 001429142 7001_ $$aHachem, Lamys. 001429142 77608 $$iPrint version:$$aAuxiette, Ginette$$tFarm, Hunt, Feast, Celebrate$$dLeiden : Sidestone Press,c2021$$z9789464260212 001429142 852__ $$bebk 001429142 85640 $$3ProQuest Ebook Central Academic Complete $$uhttps://univsouthin.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/usiricelib-ebooks/detail.action?docID=28941286$$zOnline Access 001429142 909CO $$ooai:library.usi.edu:1429142$$pGLOBAL_SET 001429142 980__ $$aBIB 001429142 980__ $$aEBOOK 001429142 982__ $$aEbook 001429142 983__ $$aOnline
