Summary
Health management is one of the megatrends of our time. There are several factors involved in being healthy. One factor is human well-being in general and, in particular, well-being in production-technical working environments. That is the focus of this investigation. For this purpose, an analysis of the current situation was created, which makes the topic applicable to other industries and areas. In this book, well-being is understood as the heading for a puzzle picture, with each researched or empirically found feel-good factor representing a piece of the puzzle. With the assembled puzzle picture, you are then able to create individual puzzle pictures for each industry. This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition Wohlbefindlichkeitsfaktoren für verschiedene Branchen by Werner Seiferlein, published by Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH, part of Springer Nature in 2020.The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com). A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation. Springer Nature works continuously to further the development of tools for the production of books and on the related technologies to support the authors.
