The author Herbert Rei is a lecturer, executive coach and consultant for leadership and leadership culture. He spent 34 years in various executive positions with an American Fortune 100 company, 32 years of which were spent in European or global responsibility. He is a founding member and member of the main board of the "Initiative Zukunftsfahiger Fuhrung e.V. " (IZF). One focus of his coaching activities is the onboarding of executives into their new roles. This book is a translation of an original German edition. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com). A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation.
