Through the presentation of staff and student experiences and what was learnt from them, the authors examine the global phenomenon that is the COVID-19 pandemic through the purposeful exploration of their own experiences. This book presents an overall argument about the state of higher education in the middle of the pandemic and highlights academic issues and region-specific challenges. The reflections presented in this book offer insights for other staff and students, as well as academic policy-makers, regarding the pandemic experiences of those within academia. It also offers practical suggestions as to how we as a global community can move forward post-pandemic. 001452277 588__ $$aOnline resource; title from PDF title page (SpringerLink, viewed January 19, 2023). 001452277 588__ $$aDescription based on print version record. 001452277 650_0 $$aEducation, Higher. 001452277 650_0 $$aCollege teachers$$xPsychology. 001452277 650_0 $$aStudents$$xPsychology. 001452277 650_0 $$aCOVID-19 Pandemic, 2020-$$xPsychological aspects. 001452277 650_0 $$aCOVID-19 Pandemic, 2020-$$xSocial aspects. 001452277 655_0 $$aElectronic books. 001452277 7001_ $$aCahusac de Caux, Basil,$$eeditor.$$0(orcid)0000-0002-4418-912X$$1https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4418-912X 001452277 7001_ $$aPretorius, Lynette,$$eeditor.$$0(orcid)0000-0002-8998-7686$$1https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8998-7686 001452277 7001_ $$aMacaulay, Luke,$$eeditor.$$0(orcid)0000-0002-7351-2336$$1https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7351-2336 001452277 77608 $$iPrint version:$$tResearch and teaching in a pandemic world$$z9789811977565$$w(OCoLC)1356958812 001452277 852__ $$bebk 001452277 85640 $$3Springer Nature$$uhttps://univsouthin.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://link.springer.com/10.1007/978-981-19-7757-2$$zOnline Access$$91397441.1 001452277 909CO $$ooai:library.usi.edu:1452277$$pGLOBAL_SET 001452277 980__ $$aBIB 001452277 980__ $$aEBOOK 001452277 982__ $$aEbook 001452277 983__ $$aOnline 001452277 994__ $$a92$$bISE
