The authors Dr. Peter Kirsch is Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology at the Central Institute of Mental Health Mannheim and Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Medical Faculty Mannheim of Heidelberg University. Dr. Hanno Kube is Director of the Institute for Public Finance and Tax Law at Heidelberg University and holds the Chair of Public Law with Special Reference to Public Finance and Tax Law. Dr. Reimut Zohlnhöfer is Professor of Political Science with a focus on Comparative Policy Analysis at the Institute of Political Science at Heidelberg University.
