The content Development of process optimization LEO-3D Selected methods, tools and procedures The author Dr. Klaus Stoesser works as a management consultant and interim manager for corporate groups and medium-sized companies. After completing his studies and doctorate in metallurgy and materials engineering, he was a project manager and trainer in a management consultancy, later change manager and technical managing director in a corporate group. He has implemented numerous restructuring and turnaround plans in Germany, America and the Czech Republic as well as successful projects to increase productivity in Germany and abroad. This book is a translation of an original German edition. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com). A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation.
