The methodology originates in the term Midrasha narrative form that exposes; investigates; searches. It reconceptualises encounters between Asylum Seeking Refugees and those researching their experiences in a manner that moves beyond the possibility of Othering and the removal of voice that can characterise research into refugees. This methodology allows a complex and rich multidimensional text, with heterogeneity of voices, experiences, and subjects. As a phenomenological method of research, the internal phenomena of the researcherfeeling, intuition, and personal perceptionare legitimate sites of knowledge and understanding, and are not considered separate from the external, objectively observable world. While the researcher is not researching herself, she is also not separate from the research field and data. The Midrash methodology is an honest and explicit method of research designed to (re)invigorated the passion of academics and researchers. 001475956 650_0 $$aRefugees$$xResearch$$xMethodology. 001475956 650_0 $$aHuman rights. 001475956 650_0 $$aRefugees$$xCivil rights. 001475956 655_0 $$aElectronic books. 001475956 77608 $$iPrint version:$$aWainer, Devorah$$tHuman Rights for Refugees and Other Marginalised Persons$$dSingapore : Springer,c2023$$z9789811635700 001475956 852__ $$bebk 001475956 85640 $$3Springer Nature$$uhttps://univsouthin.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://link.springer.com/10.1007/978-981-16-3571-7$$zOnline Access$$91397441.1 001475956 909CO $$ooai:library.usi.edu:1475956$$pGLOBAL_SET 001475956 980__ $$aBIB 001475956 980__ $$aEBOOK 001475956 982__ $$aEbook 001475956 983__ $$aOnline 001475956 994__ $$a92$$bISE
