Deconstruction famously discourages simplistic oppositions whilst encouraging a more careful analysis of cultural and philosophical complexities of a semantic field. In the present case, a deconstructive analysis of Heidegger⁰́b9s anti-Semitism rejects both a stern condemnation of his oeuvre and a simplistic acquittal from this infamous accusation. It rather suggests that the question of his anti-Semitism shall be examined from the broader perspective⁰́b4from the end of metaphysics. Federico Dal Bo (born 1973) holds a Ph.D. in Translation Studies from the University of Bologna (2005) and a Ph.D. in Jewish Studies from the Free University of Berlin (2009). He has worked as a teaching assistant in Theoretical Philosophy at the University of Bologna, as a research assistant at the Institute for Jewish Studies at the Free University of Berlin, as a Marie Curie Fellow at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and as a research assistant at the University of Heidelberg. He currently is Senior Lecturer in Jewish Studies at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. His recent publications include: Emanation and Philosophy of Language: An Introduction to Joseph ben Abraham Giqatilla (Cherub Press, 2019), Deconstructing the Talmud: The Absolute Book (Routledge, 2019), and The Lexical Field of the Substantives of 'Word' in Ancient Hebrew: From the Bible to the Mishnah (Harrassowitz, 2021). 001484351 588__ $$aDescription based on print version record. 001484351 60010 $$aHeidegger, Martin,$$d1889-1976$$1https://isni.org/isni/0000000121244141 001484351 650_0 $$aOntology. 001484351 650_0 $$aJudaism and philosophy. 001484351 650_0 $$aPsychoanalysis and philosophy. 001484351 650_6 $$aOntologie. 001484351 650_6 $$aJudaïsme et philosophie. 001484351 650_6 $$aPsychanalyse et philosophie. 001484351 655_0 $$aElectronic books. 001484351 77608 $$iPrint version:$$aDal Bo, Federico.$$tJudaism, philosophy, and psychoanalysis in Heidegger's ontology.$$dBasingstoke : Palgrave Macmillan, 2023$$z9783031440557$$w(OCoLC)1400941216 001484351 852__ $$bebk 001484351 85640 $$3Springer Nature$$uhttps://univsouthin.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://link.springer.com/10.1007/978-3-031-44056-4$$zOnline Access$$91397441.1 001484351 909CO $$ooai:library.usi.edu:1484351$$pGLOBAL_SET 001484351 980__ $$aBIB 001484351 980__ $$aEBOOK 001484351 982__ $$aEbook 001484351 983__ $$aOnline 001484351 994__ $$a92$$bISE
