Description

Utility cover made by OPW. In 1882, "Victor E. Tresise and Joseph E. Hausfeld found the Ohio Pattern Works, investing $390 to finance the company. It was the first shop in Cincinnati to make both wood and metal patterns for everything from grave markers to oil valves." A brass foundry began in 1907 and the name became The Ohio Pattern Works and Foundry in 1916 and then OPW Corporation in 1948. (http://www.opwglobal.com/opw-retail-fueling/company/history)"
