Intermediate Life/Hughes Building/Eichel Block at 300 Main St. which was built in 1892, with part of the foundation from the 1852 courthouse that stood nearby. A number of different businesses occupied a portion of this space over the years. The structure was damaged by the fire in the Economy Store in 1951 (which destroyed a large portion of this block) and that portion torn down. The building was razed in 1984. Here one of the tenants is Schultz's Cloak House.
