Evansville Chair Factory, aka the Buehner Chair Factory at 427 NW 4th St., formerly 215 First Ave. Built around 1884, owner John Buehner died sometime before 1912 and the business passed to a Henry Buehner, who died in 1949. Sometime before that (1909-1916?) the business ceased and the building razed circa 1960.
