Girl dancing on stage at Ohio River Arts Festival on the Main St. walkway. The stage is in front of the former location of Mid West Federal Savings & Loan at 130 Main St. Closed to all but pedestrian traffic in the 1960s, Main St. reopened to one way vehicular traffic in 2002.
