People on Main St. walkway and sitting on wall outside of Union Federal Savings and Loan at 501 Main St. There is a box of "hand made balloon dogs" for sale for 25 cents. Closed to all but pedestrian traffic in the 1960s, Main St. reopened to one way vehicular traffic in 2002.
