(commonly referred to as Pasco), and was bought by Ed Curtis -- an entrepreneurial St. Louis-based businessman and owner of several Evansville properties -- in 1995, becoming office space for everything from an urban radio station to insurance companies to the American Association of Retired Persons. As of September of this year, ownership switched hands a third time to Evansville native Stacy Stevens, broker/owner of Landmark Realty & Development, who plans to bring the building into the 21st century. (http://www.evansvilleliving.com/business/articles/from-pasco-to-landmark) The edge of the building seen on the left is part of the Civic Center complex; this warehouse/building is actually behind the complex, not quite so near as it appears here. NOTE: this building, with its distinctive Curtis logo (not seen here) is clearly visible from the Lloyd Expressway. It has been rehabbed and looks much better than what is seen here; the Parsons sign is gone.}, number = {DA}, recid = {1515105}, address = {1970}, }
