Oral history interview of William Baumholser. William Baumholser enlisted in the Navy in WWI,I serving, aboard the USS Lake Champlain (CV 39). He was a Carpenter's Mate Third (3rd) Class. He served in Newport, RI (Rhode Island), Norfolk, VA (Virginia), and Philadelphia, PA (Pennsylvania). He earned campaign ribbons for the North Atlantic.
