Fifteen women assembled around a decorated Christmas tree inside the Posey County Courthouse, 300 Main St., built 1874-1876. Located at 300 Main St. but encompassing the block of Main/Walnut/3rd/4th Sts. The tree is near the offices of the clerk, recorder, treasurer, and auditor.
