Barges and tugboats tied up along the waterfront--today this would be approximately the 100 block of W. Water St. They include one from Ashland Oil, the Prairie State, and the Illini. The building on shore immediately behind the largest tree (partially hidden by the Prairie State) is believed to be the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1717 at 109 W Water St.
