Identified as Salem-Washington Township High School--this is now Salem High School at 700 N. Harrison St. It has been extensively remodeled and does not look like this, but the view of St. Vincent Salem Hospital seen in the background in MSS 022-1549 is much the same, serving as the determining identifier.
