Sidewalk in Garvin Park at end of N. Main St. Although in existence before then, it joined the city parks system during Benjamin Bosse's time as mayor, 1914-1922. It was named after Thomas Edgar Garvin, Sr. (1826-1912) a prominent attorney and businessman.
