Mercantile National Bank at 19-25 NW 2nd St. at the corner with Sycamore. This was also known as the Businessmen's Association Building. Assumption Catholic Church stood on this site until it was razed circa 1889 for the construction of this building. In later years this was known as Waverly Place and the Grein Building, and housed the opera house/Grand Theatre. It was razed in the 1970s for a parking garage.
