Henry F. Blount's Plow Works on N Main St, originally 1400-1420 Main St.; Roelker Stove and Plow Co. at 512-514 Main St., formerly 162-4 Main St.; Ice and Cold Storage Co. at 301 NW 8th St., formerly 310-4 NW 8th 1-27 and 10-14 Lower 8th St. Blount Plow Works moved to this location in 1881; the building was razed in 1970. Roelker's business was also known as Eagle Foundry and Stove Works. It was built circa 1850 and razed circa 1910. The ice business was built around 1890 and by 1895 had expanded to fill up the entire block. It merged with Freeze-Dry in 1964 and was destroyed by fire in 1984.
