Carnegie Library at 2000 W Franklin St. This is named the West Branch of the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library system. It was built in 1912, one of 164 public libraries built in Indiana from 156 grants (totaling $2,508,664) awarded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York from 1901 to 1918, according to Wikipedia. It was dedicated and opened to the public on January 1, 1913.
