New home of the Crescent Club Evansville, Ind. The Crescent Club is thought to have been a social club. It was organized in June of 1888 and met in a house at 423 Upper 1st St. Circa 1914 it moved its meetings to the Gilbert Sanitarium at 6 Walnut St. (seen here), staying there until it disbanded in 1923.
