St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church at 321 NW 3rd St. It was built between 1850-1852, with a parish hall added in 1923. A 1950 remodel drastically changed the look of this church; what is seen here is the original. See RH 033-121-120 for the look of the current facility. The parish house and school, visible here, date to the 1860s but have seen been razed. Today this building houses City Church, which gives its address as 314 Market St.
