Description

Russell Lloyd, Sr. was mayor of Evansville 1972-1980. Shortly after he left office he was shot in his home and died 3 days later. Although not seen in this picture, Jeff Hays was also at this event, probably representing his unsuccessful bid to unseat Lloyd as mayor in 1975.
