Vanderburgh Development & Training Center building at 615 W. Virginia St. This was the headquarters for Evansville Association for Retarded Children (EARC), a group that began in 1954, and moved its administrative offices and some of its programs into this building in 1974. That organization is today known as ARC of Evansville or Evansville ARC and is still in this building. This sculpture was part of the childrens playground. SEE ALSO MSS 181-0788.
