City Hall at 126 SE 3rd St., formerly 424-6 Upper 3rd St. An old fire or police station at this location was torn down for this 1887 construction. The upper part of the tower was removed in the 1920s. When local government offices relocated to the Civic Center in 1969, this building was vacated and razed in 1971.
