Description

Man riding Blount Plow Works cultivator that is attached to a tractor, said to be the earliest marketed tractor in Evansville. Henry F. Blount established his business in 1867, located at 5th St. and Locust St. In 1881 he moved to a new building on N. Main St., between W. Illinois St. and W. Franklin St. In 1927 Blount Plow Works became Burch Plow Works.
