Tractor and two cars in front of Frigid Whip building in Tell City, Indiana. The Frigid Whip opened in 1950 on Tell St., between 9th and 10th Sts. It served frozen custard and hot dogs. Today the building still stands, sans sign, and is believed to house an antique store.
