He's sent her a picture and describes it, talking about how much water there is....all the way to the ocean. He talks about hearing that Martin (his brother) is now 1A and hopes that he doesn't go into the army becausetwo is enough from one family, but that if he has to go, he hopes Martin gets in the Air Corps.
