Further down the street, with the balconies, is 101-111 Washington Ave., the Washington Court Apartments, built in 1914 according to the Historic Evansville database. The tax assessor's database gives the date as 1924 and lists the current owner as a healthcare company. The houses shown here still stand in fair condition, needing some attention.
