Tugboat the J.B. Kleinpeter pushing barges on the Ohio River. This tug was built in 1975 and operated out of its home port of Cincinnati. The buildings just visible on shore beyond it are the Pumping and Filtration Department of the Evansville Water Department on Waterworks Rd.
