Damage caused by high water on the Ohio River. According to the front page of the Sunday Courier and Journal for this date, the Ohio River was at 44.9 ft. that morning and had begun falling. Flood stage is 42 feet. Although this pictures is difficult to interpret, this appears to be a houseboat that has capsized.
