Description

Commercial Ohioan towboat docked, with 2 men in front and one on board. AM 248, the minesweeper the Incessant was built by Savannah Machine in Savannah, GA in 1942 . It was sold to R. A. Rutherford 1948, who converted it to the towboat Commercial Ohioan. It sank in Mayville, KY in 1995.
