Description

Building under construction, this appears to be St. Mary's Hospital at 3700 Washington Ave., now Ascension St. Vincent. St. Mary's began in Evansville in 1894 (in a different location), and broke ground at this location on May 17, 1953 and dedicated the building March 10, 1956.
