2300 block of W. Franklin St. The most identifiable building is the Kroger grocery at 2315-17 W. Franklin St., mid-right. The cleaners several stores down behind this is probably Griese Cleaner & Dyer at 2337 W. Franklin St. Water is almost certainly in the stores.
