Description

Four conductors and a few others standing near the E.S. and N. RR station in Newburgh, IN, with a train on the tracks in front. The Evansville, Suburban, and Newburgh Railway Co. built a station in 1912 on Water St. (this is believed to be the same location, but it's definitely not the brick 1912 building--an earlier location was near Water and Jefferson Sts.) This was both a passenger and freight line. The 1912 station still stands 12 E. Water St., now housing a business.
