F. W. Cook Company's address was 11 NW 7th St., between Main St. and Sycamore St. This appears to be the rear of the building, so this is probably SE 8th St. and S. Main St. Street flooded. Cook delivery truck rounds corner, with water covering bottom portion of tires.
