Description

Red Spot Paint & Varnish Co. had several operations in this block, so it's unclear which one is pictured here. As to the Stearly Co. (restaurant equipment) sign on the corner (Vine St." the 1962 city directory gives this address as 201 NW 1st St., but the 1964 directory says this address is vacant. Logsden Wholesale was at 216-18 NW 1st St. (SEE MSS 228-0811 for the reverse view of this block).
