Burch Plow Works Inc. at 7 W. Illinois St. Burch Plow Works was founded in Evansville in 1867 and moved into the address shown circa 1881. The firm moved to a new location on U.S. Hwy. 41 North in the late 1960s and this building was razed. As Burch Farm Implements, Inc. the company continued at least to 2009; current status (2017) unknown.
