Description

Bunny the elephant at Mesker Park Zoo on Bement Ave. Bunny, an Indian elephant, arrived at the zoo in September 1954 as a 2 year old, and was, for over 40 years, the zoo's only elephant. In 1999 she moved to a sanctuary in Tennessee where she lived for another decade.
