Golden House: This building was moved from the plat of 807 Church, what is now 811 Church Street, to one plat west of 723 E. Church Street but has since been demolished, most likely when the house at 707 E. Church was built in 2009. Elmer Buchta Moving Engineers was contracted for this and many other building moves during the 1970s. In this photo the house has been moved off the plat at 807/811 Church Street and headed west to the new location. On the left side of the photo is seen the house at 818 Church. On the right side is the original house located at 819 Church Street, before it was either moved or demolished.
