Description

Lanark Development Collection: Buildings which were demolished during the construction of 820 Main Street New Harmony Indiana. Leveling for the foundation of the new building, facing Main Street. Holy Angel's Catholic church can be seen across Main Street on the right of the photo. The red block building, on the far right, was E. E. Boyer's Service Station, which had replaced William Ford's Tobacco and Grain warehouse at some point after 1907 but before 1924. There is a 1974 Chevy Cheyenne parked on Main Street in the photo.
