1888 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map: This map was produced by the Sanborn Fire Insurance Company in two sections and is the first known Sanborn Map of New Harmony Indiana. This map has some detailed information on commercial structures within the town but is a bit limited as the area covered does not include north of North Street, south of Steam Mill Street, west of West Street, or east of East Street. This black and white section is Town Block 4 - E.
