Golden House: This building was moved from the plat of 807 Church, what is now 811 Church Street, to one plat west of 723 E. Church Street but has since been demolished, most likely when the house at 707 E. Church was built in 2009. Elmer Buchta Moving Engineers was contracted for this and many other building moves during the 1970s. This photo Shows the house shortly after it was moved off of the original foundation. On the left side of the photo, across the street is the house located at 804 Church. on the far right is the original house which was located at 819 Church, later demolished or moved. Across the street, just to the right of the Golden House, is the home located at 826 E. Church Street.
