Patterson House: Located at 682 Arthur Street and built in 1850. This is the west wall which faces Arthur Street. During renovation a new entrance door was added to this side of the house and the old porch on the side facing Steam Mill, the south side, was demolished. The north wall addition to the house was demolished and a new addition built in its place through the renovations and is still present as of 2021, though both chimneys are now gone.
