Golden House: This building was moved from the plat of 807 Church, what is now 811 Church Street, to one plat west of 723 E. Church Street but has since been demolished, most likely when the house at 707 E. Church was built in 2009. Elmer Buchta Moving Engineers was contracted for this and many other building moves during the 1970s. This photo shows the house shortly after it was moved off of the original foundation and being pulled onto Church Street for the move to the new location. On the left side of the photo is the house located at 818 Church and left of this is the house at 826 Church Street.
