1913 Flood: This building was located between 707 and 733 Tavern Street which is now occupied by a four stall brick garage. In 1899, the Ford and McGregor Electric Light Plant. By 1907 it was called the New Harmony Electric Light and Power Station. This is the electric station as it was during the March 1913 flood. Just to the right of the power station can be seen the houses of 707 Tavern and far right 703 Tavern Street.
